What we collect
When you request a booking or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address and the details of the service you've requested.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange and deliver your cleaning visits, take payment through our payment provider (Stripe), and communicate with you about your bookings. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as you remain a client and for up to six years afterwards, as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@meridianhousekeeping.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
